Terms & Conditions
All bookings and pricing are subject to availability.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they understand the activities they are partaking in and their capabilities / limitations as a basic level of fitness is required. Please discuss with us at any stage if you have concerns.
All Participants must ensure they have adequate travel insurance for all Retreats (please see our "no-refunds" policy). You will be required to sign a waiver indemnifying Byron Bay Fitness Retreats and its Representatives from liability at the time of booking.
Please let us know if you have medical concerns and consult a physician prior to booking your trip.
Our booking procedure is as follows:
- Contact us to enquire about one of our next retreats or to customize your own. We will send you a document containing the package details, a background information form for you to complete, waiver and terms and conditions for approval.
- We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking along with our background information form and a signed waiver ensuring you understand and consent to partake in the physical activities of the trip
- The final 50% is due 30 days prior to your trip along with proof of travel insurance
- You will be responsible for booking your own flights/ transport to and from the retreat (often its best to check with us if you have any questions on arrival times, airports etc.). Please send us your arrival/departure details 15 days prior to your trip at the latest.
Deposits are non-refundable. All final payments on bookings are non-refundable prior to, during or after the trip. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for your trip and its activities.
